Do you allow returns, refunds, and exchanges?

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on crystal purchases made via @auralignedcrystals on instagram or on www.auralignedcrystals.com all sales are final.

Open Box Policy

What is an Open Box?

An Open Box is when you have ordered multiple crystals at different times and want to ship them all together. An Open box is held open for a maximum of 2 weeks. Once the 2 weeks are complete, full payment of your crystal items claimed are due.

Due to our no returns, refunds, and exchanges policy initial payments of an open box are non-refundable. Your initial payment to hold your box or any payments made to keep your box open will be kept for our "storage and restock fee". 


What forms of payment & currencies do you accept payment for?

We accept E-transfer, Paypal, most major credit cards, and visa debit cards. USD and CAD are the main currencies used for payment. 

Are Tax And Shipping cost included in the price of the crystal/s?

Tax is included in the price and Shipping fees are calculated at check-out separate from the price of the crystal/s you are purchasing. 

Duty and Custom Fees

Once your package is shipped Auraligned Crystals is not responsible for any Duty and Custom Fees.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Canada and the USA.

Do you provide Free Shipping?

Yes! On Canadian orders over $150 CAD We offer Free Shipping! 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Once your payment is paid in full please expect 2-5 business days for a processing period on top of your shipping time. Within this period we are preparing to pack & ship your order with tons of love and care! You will receive a tracking number through email and/or invoice and will be able to check how long your package will take to arrive via CanadaPost/USPS.  

My package is lost or came in with damaged and/or broken crystals. What do I do to resolve this?

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is completely out of our hands. We ensure our packages are safe and secure for shipping before it leaves our facility. All packages come with tracking numbers and updates so you can be up to date with your package at all times. There are multiple reasons why your package could be delayed due to weather, traffic, etc. For all inquiries about lost or damaged packages, contact your local postal office or delivery service. Please contact us via auralignedcrystals@gmail.com and we will help you to sort out any concerns regarding your package. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it has left our facility. 

Return To Sender/Unclaimed Packages

If your package was left unclaimed or Returned To Sender (Auraligned Crystals), we will message you via instagram or email to get your crystal package back to you. However, you will be responsible for a re-shipping cost. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will refund you for your items minus the shipping cost. 


    •  All crystals in the shop are sold as is. There may be natural defects and imperfections on crystals due to crystals being mined from the earth and also due to the manufacturing process.
    • Crystal definitions are written by me and have been curated using my personal knowledge/experience and research. Please do your own research and select definitions that are suitable for you. 
    • Crystals are not a substitute for professional medical advice and we advise to please consult a health care professional for any health or medical concerns you may have. 
    • During the photography process, we do our best to show the most accurate in real time look of our crystals within the photos shown. But, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and computer/phone screen resolution.  
    • Our policy is subject to change at anytime and is the customers responsibility to be up to date with policy changes.
